At Companion Healthcare, your health, safety and comfort are our greatest concerns. Our team works closely with your physician to tailor a plan of care specifically for you. Our seasoned, knowledgeable and accomplished staff of home health professionals will oversee your care and provide the appropriate treatment as directed by your physician.

You May Need Home Health If…

How do you know if you or your loved one is in need of Companion’s Home Health services? If your loved one has any of the following needs, or other needs you would like to discuss, we encourage you to contact us to schedule a complimentary Home Health consultation:

  • You need part-time nursing care
  • You need physical, occupational, or speech therapy
  • You need education and assistance regarding new procedures, medications, and/or disease management
  • Your physician has ordered home health care for you
  • You have had a recent discharge from a hospital, skilled nursing, or rehab unit and require ongoing skilled services
  • IV therapy after medication administration, IV therapy, or other procedures
  • You need skilled medical services, such as wound care, medication administration or other procedures
